after listening to this, we are not really sure how this never came out, (it was finished in Jan. 2005) but better for us and for you, cause now YOU can have it for free…. this is really something different from the Producer that hammered out EP’s with Don Will of Tanya Morgan or the remix record with Hangar 18… the lists go on, but this by far stands out as something completely different for Rob.

dope. i’m inspired to get in the studio after hearing this. thanks for sharing
glad you are feeling it!!!!
yo creative samples and tracks, but it’s kinda to inconsistent for me. SOrry just be the bias dancer i am, lol.
I still like “Think Big” ha, dope house-hiphop track.
honesty is always the best policy…. thanks for the listen, and thanks for the support
Vybe did you listen to the same album as I just did??? how in the hell do you not think that shit is consistent. This album is the EPITOME of consistency, its got everything from straight b boy shit (which i would assume you would understand) to straight love songs… this album is all over the place, but in a good way… open your ears and realize you don’t have to dance to every song to enjoy it… b-boys are always so closed minded… sorry off of my soap box, i just hate inaccuracies placed on indie music.. Mega Royal and Rob especially.. THANK YOU for releasing good music even if people don’t appreciate it for what it is, and in this case, Mechanized Burden is pure bliss to me… keep at it…
sincerely,
a chick who gives a shit
wow thanks for the support… we appreciate all opinions, wether they are gung ho for it, or don’t feel it. This is an open forum for fans of the art form to vent and express. Glad to see its working! Carry On Folks.
I think its good music. Sounds madd dif. than Rob’s new stuff… cool to see the growth/change in his sound.
Man listening to this album brings back memories of starting a great friendship, boxes of records, losing girlfriends, and just hoping that it is all going to happen. This CD will always be more than just dope music to me.
